Operation and Access Control in Data Center: It is a service provided for Claro-Chile and VTR clients, with a presence 24/7 and 365 days a year, which has been recognized and validated for the quality and responsibility of the human capital that conform.
The service aims to ensure operational continuity in the first level of attention of IT services housed in Data Center rooms, serving internal and external clients according to the criticality of the requirements, incidents and / or changes reported, with in order to guarantee operational continuity.
