A service aimed at providing on-site support for all activities related to the Operation and Maintenance of backhaul and access networks, both mobile and fixed, delivered for more than 15 years to client Entel, which includes, among others, the following activities:

  • Technical and administrative support for access networks (GPON, xDSL, Multiservices, Wll, Wimax, Radwin, MPLS Access, Tx access, etc.).
  • On-site fault response.
  • Network growth and modification through the insertion of cards and cabling for access and backhaul networks nationwide.
  • On-site support for equipment shutdown and decommissioning.
  • On-site identification and resolution of management alarms.
  • Supervising installation work.
  • Documenting on-site work.
  • Inspection visits.
  • Gathering information related to projects assigned by the client.
  • Preparation of technical reports.
