Data Center Operation and Access Control: This is a service provided for Claro-Chile and VTR clients, with 24/7 presence 365 days a year, which has been recognized and validated for the quality and responsibility of the personnel behind it.
The purpose of the service is to ensure operational continuity at the first level of support for IT services hosted in Data Center rooms, serving internal and external clients according to the criticality of reported requirements, incidents, and/or changes, with the goal of guaranteeing operational continuity.
The main activities of the service are as follows:

    • Routine activities described in the Operational Checklist.
    • Physical access control to rooms.
    • Verification of security elements.
    • Ensuring cleanliness following the execution of work.
    • Daily monitoring of operations logs.
    • Physical inspection of client equipment.
    • Keeping the procedures folder up to date.
    • Inventory control of data center equipment.
    • Generating reports on additions and removals.
    • Generating reports on risks identified in the data center.
